Extruder energy saving
The energy saving of extruder can be divided into two parts: one is the power part, one is the heating part.
Power part energy saving: Most of them use frequency converter, which saves the residual energy of the motor. For example, the actual power of the motor is 50Hz, but you only need 30Hz in production, so the excess energy consumption will be wasted. Frequency converter is to change the power output of the motor to achieve the effect of energy saving.
Heating part of energy saving: heating part of energy saving is mostly the use of electromagnetic heater energy saving, energy saving rate is about 30%~70% of the old resistance ring.
Working process
The plastic material enters the extruder from the hopper, and is transported forward under the rotation of the screw. In the process of forward movement, the material is fused by the heating of the barrel, the shear and compression brought by the screw, thus realizing the change between the glass state, high elastic state and viscous flow state.
Under the condition of pressure, the material in the viscous flow state passes through the mouth die with a certain shape, and then becomes a continuum with similar cross section and mouth shape according to the mouth die. Then cooling and shaping form glass state, from which to obtain the required processing parts.
